We want you to love your Delvourne shoes. If they are not quite right, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
How Returns Work
How do I start a return?
Visit our Return Portal and follow the steps to generate your return label. Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
What condition must the item be in?
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Can I exchange for a different size or colour?
Yes. Select "Exchange" in the Return Portal and choose your preferred size or colourway, subject to availability.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
