How It Works
Step 1 — Request your return
Contact us at info@delvourne.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Step 2 — Receive your label
We will send you a return shipping label and instructions by email within one business day.
Step 3 — Ship your item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.
Step 4 — Refund or exchange processed
Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
