RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Delvourne, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase. If your product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.
Return Conditions
The product must be unworn, in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Personalized or sale items are excluded from returns, unless defective.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please email info@delvourne.com with your order number and the reason for your return. You will receive return instructions, including the return address, within 2 business days. Please package the product carefully before shipping it back to us.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered. In those cases, Delvourne covers the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@delvourne.com with photos of the issue. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
